- David Sherlin | PROcure Advantage
Previous Next David has over 35 years of experience in post-acute healthcare. He began at Red Line Medical Supply in south Florida, later acquired by McKesson. He excelled as a Territory Manager in Florida, District Manager in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey, and Director of National Accounts. Post-Red Line/McKesson, David was VP of National Accounts at Encompass (6 years) and Joerns Healthcare (6 years). He initiated a Purchasing Division for former Harborside Healthcare, Boston. Known in the LTC community, he engaged in health associations across the state and national levels. He participated in HIDA, LINK, and LTC-100 events and spoke at vendor-partner conferences. In 2013, he co-founded Committed Buying Alliance, PROcure Advantage, with an LTC Operator partner. Starting with six owner/operators, now 15 members operate 400+ facilities with 42,000+ beds. Aggregating volume to lower costs, PROcure Advantage's growth is calculated. They introduced the "Committed Participant Member" category. David holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Tennessee Wesleyan University. He's a Mt. Olive Ministries Trustee, residing in Tennessee with his wife Marilyn, five children, and six grandchildren. Previous Next Rachelle is the Director of Administration at PROcure Advantage in Cleveland, TN. She is responsible for the back-end procedures of the company, website management and creating better processes and efficiencies at PROcure Advantage. Rachelle has over 25 years of experience in various areas of business. Working in the insurance industry as a licensed team member/office manager for 15 years, then as a captive insurance agent for 6 years and more recently as an office manager/human resource specialist for 5 years in the emergency restoration industry. She is native of West Palm Beach, FL and has resided in Cohutta, GA with her husband, Steve since moving here in 1994. They have two sons, Sebastian, and Trevor. Sebastian works in construction management and resides in Dallas, GA with his wife, Taylor and their fur baby, Shep. Trevor is serving in the Navy and resides in Washington State with his wife, Kelsey and their fur baby, Remi. Rachelle enjoys doing home remodeling projects, taking care of their fur babies (dogs, cats and chickens), traveling with her family and friends, while spending as much time as possible at the beach or any other warm location. Previous Next Kathy is a bookkeeper with over 40 years’ experience in the accounting field. She has worked with PROcure Advantage, LLC since 2017 and enjoys the professional relationships she has developed. Her background is in the Construction Industry which has helped develop her strong accounting skills. She loves a challenge and is at her best when reconciling accounts. Kathy initially came here from the Nashville area to be with her elderly mother, for whom she cares. Being a caregiver has been a true blessing in her life.
